Are you starting to feel the pain and strain of sitting huddled around your kitchen table at home, or balancing on the bedside table? Are you seizing up as you barely leave your desk all day?
Working from hone is inevitably taking its toll on us and so we have teamed up with an experienced and fully certified and insured yoga and meditation teacher for a Zoom session at 4.30 pm on 11th May.
Laura will guide participants through a 45-minute yoga and meditation session to relieve tension and find release, from your desk or at-home work-space. All levels are welcome, and no equipment is needed.
The session will begin with stretches to release through the neck, shoulders, upper and lower back and the back of the body. We will target areas specifically that hold tension from sitting all day at desks and that will also ease WFH posture. Laura will guide you through common reasonings for lower back and hip pain and make recommendations to relieve discomfort in these areas. The session will end with a short- guided meditation and breath-work to relax, reduce stress and anxiety and come back to you.
