PHD UK appoints Louise Twycross-Lewis as Head of Insight
PHD, part of Omnicom Media Group, today announces the appointment of Louise Twycross-Lewis to lead Insight within Discovery, the agency’s specialist data, insight and marketing science team.
Twycross-Lewis, who has over 20 years of media research experience, joins from Wavemaker where she was most recently Head of Quantitative Research. She has previously worked at IPC Media (now Time Inc), Mirror Group Newspapers and Granada.
Reporting to PHD UK’s Head of Discovery, Jeremy Pounder, Twycross-Lewis will be responsible for designing innovative new insight services and ensuring the agency’s strategic planning has the strongest and freshest insights.
Twycross-Lewis said “PHD’s culture and ethos of challenger-thinking has consumer and market understanding at the very heart of everything it does. I am incredibly excited to play a part in developing PHD’s insight offering and drive innovation for our clients”.

Previously Managing Partner, Caroline has been at MTM for 9 years and has recently been made MD of the research and strategy consultancy, based in London. Congratulations Caroline!
Tapestry celebrate two senior promotions
Tapestry Research has promoted Jemma Ralton and Luke Barber to Director.
Jemma leads Tapestry’s ad testing and campaign evaluation teams, including the CEP™ Test with Dr Robert Heath. Luke oversees Tapestry’s audience segmentation and consumer journey projects.
ResearchBods hires first Head of Media Research
The MRG committee's very own Frances Revel has joined the Leeds based customer data and intelligence agency. At ResearchBods she will work directly with key media clients such as ITV, The Telegraph Group and DMG, and support the business in developing and rolling out its media solutions offering.
