Sales and Client Service Executive

About the Role

Contribute to revenue growth across all Mediatel products and provide outstanding client service to subscribers of Mediatel Connected and BRAD.

• Build and manage the Mediatel sales pipeline by pro-actively finding prospects for products and services through desk research, phone, and events 
• Book sales meetings, manage trials and close sales
• Ensure BRAD contract renewals are handled in a timely manner and meet cancellation deadlines. Monitor and update BRAD invoice data alongside debt handling
• Support manager to meet subscription retention targets by sending communications to key contacts throughout the year 
• Provide training and updates to users of Mediatel Connected and BRAD
• Proactively contribute to marketing and client communications
• Provide platform feedback to product managers and log tickets when necessary
• Manage the correct level of platform access for clients
• Ensure helpdesk and training queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively alongside other members of the client service team

About You

Commercially minded individual with strong customer service skills and experience of delivering client presentations and training plus:

• Building a sales pipeline, negotiating and closing sales deals
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Attention to detail, ability to prioritise and problem-solving skills essential
• Strong communication skills including excellent listening skills
• A team player
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Knowledge of the media research industry and JICs an advantage
• Experience of Hubspot CRM and Sales tools also an advantage

Educated to graduate level with GCSEs in Maths and English Language grade C or above.
