We’ve created a working environment that encourages everyone to pull together. We never stop looking for brave new ideas. We’ll always try to develop and improve, we trust each other to do our best, and we have fun as we build on our heritage to make history.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking to recruit a Senior Advertising Effectiveness Insight Executive to work within the Insight team at Hearst. The purpose of the role is to provide Hearst UK and our media agency and client partners with advertising effectiveness insights which are relevant and accurate, thus enabling the process of meaningful assessment, evaluation and benchmarking of those campaigns which will support the sales and learning process and lead to rebooking. The role involves the following duties and responsibilities: external liaison with agency and client partners; internal liaison with key stakeholders; effective project management; questionnaire scripting; creative results analysis; the creation of insightful and contextual results presentations; presenting research findings back to clients and agency partners; maintaining results databases to develop current benchmarks for Hearst UK campaigns.

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
You will have proven experience of working within a media agency, research agency or media owner in a research or insight function – ideally within the advertising effectiveness area. Experience of working directly with clients is an advantage but not essential. You should be a strong project manager, with a keen eye for detail and have a deep interest in what makes advertising effective. You will also have experience of scripting quantitative surveys, survey analysis and strong excel and powerpoint skills. You will be part of a small team delivering insights to the Hearst UK business and so flexibility is essential as you may be required to work on other projects from time to time.
