Steph Clarke, will l be sharing the ecommerce findings from IAB UK’s Real Living study, which explores the motivations and habits of online shoppers and explains what the implications are for advertisers and agencies looking to make the most of this burgeoning area. Within this they’ll look at shifts in how people are engaging with online shopping, key differences across demographics, and whether changes in ecommerce habits are here to stay.
Jigsaw Research is the first agency to have been approved by WhatsApp for automated research, enabling them to collect in-the-moment, actionable insights via the world’s most popular messaging service. Their WhatsApp approach has been recognised by the Market Research Society (MRS), recently winning the Research Live ‘Innovation of the Year Award’ 2020. Jigsaw’s head of digital Matt Bishop will be joining us to chat about a few WhatsApp projects that have helped clients in the retail, public, financial and media sectors get closer to their audiences.
